Katherine Holzer is a dynamic entrepreneur, visionary leader, and advocate for creative authenticity. As the Founder and CEO of Knolys, Katherine brings a wealth of experience and a passion for empowering artists and founders across various industries.

At Knolys LLC, Katherine has established a visionary consulting firm that specializes in providing bespoke business strategy services. Her client-centric approach tailors strategies to the diverse needs of individuals and companies encompassing sales, business operations, sponsorship sourcing, event planning, and more. Targeting a global audience, Katherine is currently building a media platform to expand the Knolys community through product development and broadcasting.

Katherine's prior experience includes serving as an Associate in Regulatory Policy and Analyst in Investment Banking at Goldman Sachs.  In Regulatory Policy, she interpreted and approved multi-million dollar industry-wide deals, conducted due diligence on global trading books, and contributed to the development of capital-related policies in compliance with Basel III banking regulations. As an Investment Banking Analyst, she specialized in research and client interactions within the Financial Institutions Group valued over $60 billion. She also participated as a Keynote Speaker for Goldman Sachs' Human Capital Management division, where she developed and presented professional workshops aimed at mentoring female students nationwide, sharing insights on professional and personal development.

Katherine holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of South Carolina's Darla Moore School of Business, where she majored in Finance and Global Supply Chain Management, with advanced language skills in German. Her collegiate leadership roles included serving as a representative for the business school’s Finance Scholars Program (Top 1% of the Business School) and as a University Resident Mentor. She is a member of the Gamma Phi Beta Sorority.

Katherine’s artistic career includes being a fashion model for renowned organizations like ChaShaMa, collaborating with emerging designers such as Katie Yun, and participating as an on-set actor and producer for multiple films. She studied acting for two years at Act First Studios in New York City, honing her performance, writing and storytelling skills.
